RETURN POLICY  

 

All refunds are requested online to reduce paper waste. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item using the info box on this page or alternatively via our socials - Instagram or Facebook. 

 

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Returns will not be accepted if items have marks or stains of any kind. We request that you reuse our biodegradable mailers when possible to reduce waste. 

 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by KODA SNOW regarding returns, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot process the refund until we receive the returned products. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
